About The Role

As an Event Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. From corporate conferences to product launches, you’ll be responsible for ensuring each event runs smoothly, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.

Job Description

Event Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and plan events according to their objectives and budgetary constraints. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.

 

Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Anticipate and address potential bottlenecks or challenges to keep events on track.

 

Vendor Coordination: Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, including caterers, decorators, audiovisual technicians, and transportation providers. Communicate expectations clearly and ensure vendors deliver services as agreed upon.

 

Attendee Management: Oversee attendee registration processes, including ticket sales, RSVP tracking, and communication. Provide support and assistance to attendees before, during, and after events to ensure a positive experience.

 

On-Site Coordination: Manage event set-up, including signage, seating arrangements, and exhibitor booths. Coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure all event components are executed seamlessly. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, speakers, and attendees during events.

 

Budget Oversight: Monitor event budgets and expenses, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or attendee experience. Prepare financial reports and reconcile expenses post-event.

 

Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement at events. Leverage social media, email campaigns, and other channels to increase event visibility and reach target audiences.

 

Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event, gathering feedback from stakeholders, attendees, and vendors. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance future events.

What We Offer
